Hardt LabWorks is a small software company in the United States. We build and operate products that let independent professionals run their business from one place: the schedule, the clients, the payments and the conversations.
Rallyly is the all-in-one platform for independent tennis coaches in the United States. A coach gets a public booking page, a calendar for lessons and clinics, student records, card payments through Stripe, and messaging with students and parents.
Coaches pay for Rallyly by subscription, priced in US dollars (USD) and billed monthly or yearly, with a 30-day free trial. Current plans are listed on rallyly.com. Students never pay for Rallyly; they pay their coach.
Rallyly subscriptions are billed by Hardt LabWorks LLC through Stripe. The charge appears on card statements as Rallyly. Stripe collects and stores card details; Hardt LabWorks never sees a full card number.
Lesson payments from students go to the coach's own Stripe account, not to Hardt LabWorks. A question about a lesson charge goes to the coach first. The refund policy explains how that works.
